daylesford spa country railway, daylesford

Toot toot - all aboard the Daylesford train!

If your kiddos love trains like Mamma’s little ones do, this adventure will be a MUST visit on your list when you’re in the Daylesford area! Typically open every Sunday of the year, these vintage train rides are such a fun activity for all of the family.

Make sure you arrive a few minutes early too before your train leaves - your little ones will love to look inside the railway and and check out the museum, with miniature trains galore on display!

During the school holidays (Wednesdays and Sundays) you can hop on the one hour round trip to Bullarto - you’ll see the Daylesford country side, and even some cows and sheep too if you’re lucky! The train stops about 25 minutes in for a 10 minute toilet stop where you can explore the platform before you jump back onboard.

A must for all train obsessed minis out there!

Just like a library, borrow the toys for 2-4 weeks then replace them with new toys! Economically and environmentally savvy, and Mamma loves it here!
