pipemakers park, maribyrnong

Once upon a time this used to be a cutting edge pipe making factory, fast forward a hundred years and it has been transformed into a wonderful industrial archaeological garden that will capture the minds of your mini explorers. The exotic gardens, jetty and humongous pipes all combine to make this park a great place to explore. Your run of the mill play equipment is notably absent at Pipemakers, with not even a swing set in site. This makes for a refreshing change from your run of the mill park and Mamma guarantees you won't regret putting it at the top of your family 'to go' list this week.

Mamma's special mentions: this Sunday May 24 all are welcome to join in on the community planting day from 10am - 12pm. Come along and help this process by planting indigenous trees, shrubs and ground covers to improve habitat values and increase biodiversity. FREE BBQ provided. FREE!
