messy monsters sensory play, point cook

Messy Monsters Sensory Play is based in the saltwater community centre in Point Cook and run by two local mums Jo & Freya.  Messy Monsters is a 1 hour session and they are a beautiful balance between free play and structured reading and songs for little ones. It begins with song & sign language and then moves towards messy free play, afterwards they have story time and sing a goodbye song.  Mamma says the relaxed and warm group dynamics is a great way for children and parents to interact while exploring their sensory world.  The community centre is brand new & lovely, so pack a picnic as there are fantastic kids toys in the court yard with the community gardens.

Mamma's special mention: The community centre has a beautiful outdoor community garden and lots of toys for kids to ride on.  After the Messy Monsters session, stay for a picnic and enjoy the lovely gardens and play area.  There is also a book swap area for kids & teenagers too. Saltwater Coast crocodile park is a 2 minute drive away for some water fun
