When you think of French dining you don’t think you will find one at a golf club - but Curlewis is different. Claribeaux is the restaurant here at the club, and everyone is welcome -including the kiddos. It’s a relaxed but high quality restaurant with views of the bright green fairway and beyond.

It is stunning with its stone walls and timber lined roof, a fireplace for the cooler months, its textured French farm style tables, PLUS a grassy outdoor area with a small play area.

The food was delicious with all the Frenchy faves including steak frites, mussels, snails, cordon bleu or duck l’orange - but it also has a kids menu with options sure to please.

Mamma loves that they source as much produce locally as they can - which in the Bellarine is abundant, including wines from local wineries.

This is a lovely experience for a delicious family dinner.
