A NEW skate park has opened at the wonderful Errington Reserve. It’s a super-dooper addition to the already fantastic play haven.

Surrounded by an oval, the skate park joins a circle with a fenced playground, free tennis and basketball courts, BBQ area and community centre. It’s an amazing destination if you have a kid that just doesn’t stop and needs some variety to get worn out.

The playground is spacious and kitted out with the usual suspects, plus they have a cool frog water feature, flying fox (currently not working), pirate ship, swings, slides, dizzy wizzy, musical instruments and some fantastic climbing equipment.

This playground is a sensory garden oasis with native bushes, succulents and trees in abundance, it also has excellent access for prams and wheelchairs. Located on a main road it is completely secured from the hustle and bustle with gates and fences and mostly fenced on the other side (adjacent to the sports oval). This is a very good toddler park and the bigger kids will enjoy it too.

Errington Reserve has it all! Here, you can kick a ball on the oval, have a swing and slide at the playground, shoot some hoops, stop for a bbq or picnic lunch then scoot around at the skate park. A perfect kids day out!
