raffles walk park at cornerstone, werribee

Here we go Werribee!! This playground ROCKS!

Mamma has been busy with Peet Limited as their local ‘experts in fun’ to guide the design and development of the parks and playgrounds at their community at Cornerstone Werribee.

First you got the VERY popular Safari Park, now we have- Raffles Walk Park!

Mamma LOVES this design and we think the kids will love it too!

    • HUGE boulders to climb (Mamma got to pick these out!)

    • A climbing course with ropes, platforms and monkey bars

    • Look out tower with a swirly slide (or the technical name - ‘twirly whirly slide’)

    • Smaller boulders and soft climbing rock hills

    • Slides

    • Swings

    • Pathways perfect for bikes and scooters

    • Shade covered picnic area

    • Open lawn perfect for picnics or a game of kick-to-kick

Kids of all ages will love this playground! The little ones will enjoy the smaller slide and twirly seat, the swings and the smaller climbing frame. The bigger ones will love the big tower, bigger climbing ropes, and THOSE BOULDERS! Now, the stunning boulders were the first point of call for the kiddos - especially the climbers. There are a few different sizes here so kids get to test out their abilities - there are no hand holds or proper foot holds - just the natural dents of the rock. Mamma loves to see the kids navigate these things for themselves and then help each other as well. There is some risk here so YES be careful and help them out if they need it. But a really good challenge to see what they can do!
Mamma also loves the quiet area - amongst some smaller boulders there are spots to sit and take it all in, and a little walking track to wander around.

Mamma’s special mentions: You must also check out the newest park - Universal Park in Tarneit!

And our other Mamma approved parks can be found below.

And don’t forget to have a jump on the FREE jumping pillow on your way out!
