TOILETS!!! Yes, we know! TOILETS
The park feels a bit retro thanks to lots of timber and steel, the wooden tractors, and lovely greenery and trees. There are swings and balance beams and some climbing nets too. Cook up some snags on the undercover BBQ’s and have a game of kick to kick on the oval!
Well, this is a cool little spot to venture to. Making use of the space under the Hopkins Bridge in Footscray - this climbing wall is a bit of fun for big people and the little ones!

Well, suffice to say Mamma has never really seen a play space like this one! Consisting of a bright orange 80-100 metre long climbing frame behemoth - this is certainly one for the climbers and budding ‘ninja warrior’ in the family!

There is something really special about adventure playgrounds. This playground in particular is a Mamma favourite!
Boys and girls - as we start our descent into Tarniet - please make sure your seat backs and tray tables are in their full upright position for landing.
Mamma says - both little ones and bigger kiddos will love exploring the 'life sized' wooden pirate ship at Riverside Park. The attention to detail on the Black Sapphire Ship is very cool - complete with crows nest, treasure map, captains quarters, bells, telescopes, sunken treasure and even a wooden ships wheel. In fact, the 'Black Sapphire' is so well built it seriously looks like it could float down the river all the way into our bay! Of course no buccaneers boat would be complete without a 'plank' to walk (or jump).
Mamma LOVES a two-for-one deal, and if you have a pooch you will love this one too!
What a great park! This fantastic playground in Deer Park was built back in 2011 but was way ahead of its time in terms of the 'volcano' theme and great equipment.
A bright and colourful park to add to the estate here in Woodlea! Making it a total of FOUR pretty amazing adventures to be had in this neck of the woods.
Arrgh, let it be known that Mamma LOVES a pirate shipped themed park - and this is surely one of the best. This playground has been hidden in Coogoorah Park for quite a long time now but it really is timeless AND is named after a 1902 local shipwreck. Very cool.
Look at that! Rainbow soft fall, water play and giant towers...welcome to Frontier Park!
Well, this is a great spot Mamma couldn't wait to share with you!
Little Green playground is a quiet neighbourhood park in a new estate
Haven Park is a brand new park in the new estate of Haven in Tarneit. It is fresh and clean with lots of lush well established green grass for picnicking, cartwheels or lounging in the sun.
This is one of those playgrounds, the one where you can't find a parking spot quick enough, kids start squealing and everyone races each other to the best equipment.
This playground gets TWO thumbs up by Mamma and the road testing kiddos. Mamma's fav has to be the flying fox of course, while the kids just love that slide.
It is a very popular spot for locals who know of this hidden gem and Mamma's kids absolutely love it - we often get requests to go to ‘traffic park!’ This park is more suited to pre-schoolers or up to six years old and only really for small bikes, scooters, trikes, balance bikes or similar.
This is a quiet little playground with some very unique giant flowerpots to hide in, climb on and slide down, Mamma loves the musical penguins too! This is a good little spot for smaller children.
The rocket tower and numerous slides shooting from it is quite awesome and a little nail biting on first glance (well for Mamma anyhow!)

This park is nestled alongside the wetlands, tucked behind the Alamanda Cafe and is perfect for a quiet play after you've had a bite to eat or they have BBQ's and shelter here as well as the BIGGEST picnic table Mamma has ever seen. So why not bring a picnic and check out this hidden spot.

The feature 'playscape' area is excellent - with swings, a giant pea pod, cow park bench, an alphabet maze, a HUGE platypus and so so much more! Look closely and you will find all kinds of treasures scattered throughout the space. There are even a few trees to clamber and climb which is super spesh for the nature lovers. Take your time here, it's definitely somewhere to spend a good couple of hours.

This gorgeous park is seriously fit for...well a Queen! With a cafe and two playgrounds, huge shady trees, grassed areas and of course the Queens Park Lake - this is not just a place you can just pop to for a short play.
Inspired by the nearby RAAF base this aviation themed playground is one cool park. Nestled in the quiet suburb of Williams Landing you can't miss the humongous 'control tower' taking centre stage here - on sight kids excitement levels will leap into hyper drive! Take a seat in the space aged looking picnic area and enjoy watching the kids have a fantastic play.
Grab a friend and head to quiet Apex Park it's a perfect option for adventure. Mamma says it's a good idea to take your togs and a towel as there is access to a little secluded beach, collecting shells and having a paddle when it's warm is always a highlight.

Well congratulations Sunshine West - right now, this is one of Mamma's favourite parks. The double fun flying fox is the best addition to a park in the West and how cool is the impressive centre piece of the playground, one enormous rocket ship slide?

This is a really great park - it's just a bit different, with a creative use of space and the location makes it even more interesting. Built in the shadow of the Bolte Bridge it has water play features, excellent sand play and some fab sliding action.
Don't expect a huge array of equipment here - there is one lovely wooden structure with climbing webs and ropes, a mammoth slide and swings but it's unique, a little quirky and overlooks a lovely tree filled valley, making it a nice spot to relax whilst the kids play.
This park is a fav for both big and little kids with a smaller bowl skate/scooter section.
What a bonus this little spot is. Set back from Werribee South Boat ramp, you can spot pelicans, collect shells, make sand castles, chat to the local fisherman and of course have a play on Freddie the green sea dragon!
This once tired playground has just recently has a fantastic make over!
This new play space has a good blend of modern play equipment and nature based elements to it. Say hello to the large stripy snake near the sandpit, it is a very nice draw card to the park, kiddos can climb onto his back, give him a hug or jump off the tail!
