Set on the lawns of Steampacket Gardens, it’s perfect for a relaxed stroll with a coffee in hand. The kids activities are fantastic - face painting, balloons, a petting zoo and more depending on availability. This beloved market is at a new location at Ascot Vale Primary! The Flemington Farmers’ Market is on every Sunday. You are guaranteed to pick up some seriously fresh goods for the week ahead and maybe even a few new foodie finds to add to the menu too. This market is a pooch friendly affair but your furry family member must be kept on a leash at all times.

If you like your farmers markets with fresh country air and 'pretty as a picture' surroundings then head on out to Eynesbury. Grab the family and head to Footscray Market if you haven’t been and come back if you haven’t been in a while. Set up amongst the gum trees, the stalls at The Bohemian Bulla Market is predominantly focused on bohemian wares, so expect lots of dream catchers, crystals, macrame plant hangers, tea, jewellery and leather khussa shoes. There are tarot readers and healers inside and also plenty of stalls selling handmade trinkets, children’s toys, clothing, and more - things you won't find anywhere else!

This popular market in Altona Meadows is in a fantastic spot right next to the AB Shaw Reserve playground - double the fun for you and the kids! Market shopping here is like a step back in time to a place where the families weekly shop is not a chore, but a fun little outing. Filled with charm and character, The St Albans market opened in the 70's and not much has changed since then. There are about 30 stalls in total with flowers, fruit and veg, fish shops, butcher, deli, dry goods and more! All the food is fresh and oh so tasty!
