quaid park playground, fraser rise
/A massive slide, a giant rope climb and a whole mini playground for the littlies… Quaid Park Playground in Fraser Rise is PACKED with things to do!
The huge main play structure is the centrepiece, with a seriously long slide and a windy slide coming down from the top. There are also fun little games built into the structure, including four-in-a-row, giving the kiddos plenty to explore as they make their way around.
For the bigger kids, there’s loads of climbing and movement to get stuck into, including monkey bars, a mini trampoline, seated spinner, see-saws, basket swing and regular swings. But the giant teepee-shaped rope climbing structure is definitely one of the standouts - climb through the ropes all the way to the top! There’s also exercise equipment nearby if Mamma wants to get a little movement in too.
The littlest visitors have their own space with a mini toddler playground, including a cute ladybug spinner, smaller slides and age-appropriate climbing ropes and activities. It’s a great setup for families with different ages, giving the toddlers somewhere to explore while the bigger kids tackle the main playground.
There’s plenty here to keep the whole family busy, with a half basketball court, BBQ facilities, seating, shade and a water fountain all nearby.
With the huge play structure, separate toddler area and loads of climbing, swinging, spinning and sliding, Quaid Park is definitely one to add to your Fraser Rise playground list!
