24 – a brand new 24-hour FREE festival is coming to Werribee

'24' is a fantastic 24-hour arts festival taking place on May 6th-7th, with a time-inspired theme presented by Wyndham City.

It features live music, art, and other attractions, and is open to all ages.

The festival boasts a packed program of attractions that changes every hour, including:

live music and dance performances from around the world on the Riverside Stage
art installations created in real-time
a silent disco
a 24-hour outdoor cinema
and various interactive activities like Neon Tennis and The Curious Game.

Some of the festival's highlights include UKI, a part-insect, part-mechanical robot and part DJ booth on wheels, Imaginary Botanicals, a glowing garden maze, Chromatica, a giant kaleidoscope, and roving performances by Illuminated Angels, Sacred Serfs, and other creatures.

For art lovers, Callum Preston of Everfresh Studio will turn an old car into a glowing neon art piece, while dancer Janette Hoe will create an ethereal performance.

There are plenty of food options nearby in Werribee City Centre, or you can grab a bite from the onsite food trucks or bring a picnic!
Free public car parking is located nearby, with the main entrance to the event site from Watton Street at the Intersection of Greaves Street South.

The action kicks off at 6pm, on Saturday 6 May and will run through to 6pm, Sunday 7 May, with the opportunity to stay up through the night, or drop in across the twenty-four hours.
