cinnabuns, albion

Yum, yum, cinnabuns! You can now enjoy your fresh French bakery items and coffee in the beautiful courtyard shaded by a grape vine, or out the front where a couple of Parisian-esc table and chairs for two sit on the footpath. Mamma loves this new addition!

What are Cinnabuns? Delicate, fluffy buns surrounding big bombs of either nutella or vanilla custard (and sometimes pandan). Simply delectable. The buns are cooked in a round pan and perfect to share with a bunch of pals - ready to literally rip right into it!

This fantastic French bakery also serves a wonderful variety of croissants including chocolate, plain, almond, spinach and ham and cheese (which is sprinkled with fennel seeds and absolutely scrumptious). BUT, they are forever evolving and responding to their local community. Sourdough bread and more pastries are available now too, and they are constantly adapting and developing new treats for Albion. The fine French patisserie is a real treasure for Ablion.

Like all good French bakeries in the West, these guys sell out like hot cakes (well, cinnabuns to be more precise)! So you better set your alarm and get in line early to make sure you don’t miss out! Mamma went down on their second day of trade at 11am and all the cinnabuns were already sold out!

This bakery is HOT STUFF, and for good reason. Mamma and the kiddos were utterly blown away and highly recommend skipping on down to Albion and grabbing yourself a bundle of goodies!
