It all began when the folks at Rumble Coffee started tossing around the idea of opening their own bakery. And so, after some serious pastry tasting, bam! Kensington got its own bakery sensation - Double Dutch Bakery is now officially on the map and will be on Mamma’s regular rotation of yummy places to go!

Double Dutch Bakery is whipping up a bevvy of baked goods, great coffee, and sandwiches. It is a cosy cafe with ample space for prams to wheel on in, some stools to perch on and fast, friendly service. Oh and yes, a bold claim, but we're also going to call it the BEST BROWNIE we have ever tasted! Like eye popping delicious.

Mamma says this isn’t just another bakery. It's where locals who know come to get their caffeine fix, treats, lunch, and afternoon tea - they are always baking new things too!
