lilly's at eureka, ballarat

Eureka! Mamma hit gold! Lilly’s is a wonderful family friendly cafe - there is not only yummy food and a kids menu, there are plenty of board games to play and a relaxed dining atmosphere with plenty of seating. And best of all, the cafe is perched right next to a playground!

Head into the Eureka Centre to find your way to Lilly’s - you don’t need to enter the museum but if you want to know more about the gold mining history in Ballarat, then this is a great place to go!

Mamma and the kiddies enjoyed some toasties for lunch (the croix monsieur is a winner) over some games of Connect 4 and Guess Who. There are some lounge chair options, tables and bench seating by the expansive window. Outdoor seating runs onto a grassy open field.

The sun streams in beautifully to this cafe and Mamma thinks this will make it an extra cosy spot in the cooler months. Mamma will have to come back and try the cakes and scones next time! They all look delicious!
