poets of maidstone dessert bar, maidstone

Poets of Maidstone will absolutely knock your socks off. The flavour combos of this dessert bar are incredible. Mamma and the kids have never enjoyed dessert so much!

We had the signature poet puffs - profiteroles filled with the most delectably soft cream - and Together, a mind boggling combination of balled watermelon and evaporated milk with elderflower and yuzu snow. It sounds wild but it tastes like heaven!

Mamma first visited on their soft opening where they served up ice cream from partners Oh My Gelato who add custom flavours like Durian and Chrysanthemum to their classic lineup of Solomon Islands Chocolate and Kensington Pride Mango, to name a couple. You can get gelato served in a cone, cup or bun.

But the Bingsu - Korean shaved ice - is what people come for and if you’ve not tried it, get down here straight away! Relax as you enjoy surprising flavour bombs in the most calm and chill atmosphere you could ask for.

Roses are red,
Violets are blue.
Poets of Maidstone,
We love your Bingsu!

(You’ll walk out of here a poet, too!)
