Well this is dangerous... in a good way..kind of!
Woodfrog Bakery has just opened inside the Coles complex in Williamstown, which means grabbing the groceries may now also involve leaving with a little pastry (or three!).
If you're a sourdough lover, you're in luck. Woodfrog is known for its naturally fermented sourdough and there are heaps to choose from including olive, pumpkin, spelt, light rye sour and honey oat dark rye.
The sweet treats were calling Mamma's name too. Think chocolate babka, delicious date scones, fruit buns, fresh bagels and a cabinet full of pastries that all looked impossible to choose between. We chose a few… the raspberry danish..oh my!
It's one of those bakeries you'll pop into for a loaf of bread and somehow leave with tomorrow's breakfast, afternoon tea and a little treat for the drive home. Oopsie!
