Running once month on a Sunday, you’ll find plenty of stalls to stock up on bits and bobs for the family for the week - veggies, fruit, meat, cheeses, breads and more. There's often kids entertainment available too - the market is perfect for everyone in the family!
Second Sunday of every month
The Williamstown Farmers Market has been a long-standing favourite in Mamma's family. We always come away loaded up with fresh fruit and veggies, pasta, flowers, cakes, meats and more. The stalls can vary from month to month. Be sure to bring a picnic rug to kick back on and enjoy a fresh scone, hot pie or bacon and egg roll with your morning coffee. The entire market is dog-friendly too!
Every Tuesday
A mid-week market? Ingenious. A market every Tuesday in this prime location? Brilliant. Altona Beach Market is a cross between a farmers market and a bric-a-brac market with loads of arts, crafts and fruit and veg on offer and a friendly community feel. One stand out feature of this market is that it compliments the Pier St shopping strip, creating a temporary outdoor local shopping mecca.
