Yes - did you know we have a castle right here in the West! Well, we certainly do. Built in 1849 by William Taylor (Taylor’s Lakes!) - Overnewton Castle is open for tours, high teas, weddings, functions and lots of other fun events!

It's not hard to sell in the idea of going to a real life castle to anyone really! Driving into the gates feels a bit like a scene from Bridgerton so brace yourself for squeals of delight as you wind your way around to the entrance.

This 175-year-old castle has it all, turrets shooting up into the sky, walls covered in gorgeous vines, four acres of immaculate gardens and the cutest little gazebo. Plus a whole lot of stories, charm and history!

Oh my....it's divine. This is a spectacular venue for hire ideal for weddings and parties plus they do have various public events that Mamma says you need to mark in the diary - NOW.
