The legendary MV Steve Irwin has dropped anchor in the Docklands and families can now climb aboard for some truly cool adventures. Operated by the amazing Kerrie and her not-for-profit organisation, Ship4Good, this historic vessel once starred in Whale Wars and helped protect thousands of whales.

Today, the ship has a new mission - inspiring and educating visitors through family tours, special events, conservation experiences PLUS some school holiday adventures that help bring the remarkable history of the ship to life.

School Holiday treasure hunts on board the Ship4Good!
Set sail on a school holiday high seas adventure - You and the family can explore the ship, complete a fun treasure hunt, meet General Waste and uncover the stories behind one of the world's most famous conservation vessels.

It's a unique hands-on experience for curious kids, familes and adventurers and runs most days in the school holidays - this is a 1.5 hour event - there are lots of stairs and tight spaces so not suitable for prams.

Sunday Sessions on The Steve

Spend a lazy Sunday aboard the MV Steve Irwin with live music, woodfired pizzas and waterfront views. Families can explore the historic vessel while enjoying a relaxed afternoon on the Docklands waterfront. Mamma says, this is a pretty fabulous way to spend a Sunday and check out the ship.

Whale Wars Wednesdays

Movie night onboard the Ship4Good with a screening of two episodes of the iconic Whale Wars series.= Relive some of the most dramatic moments from the show and learn more about the conservation efforts that inspired viewers around the world.

Bookings are essential, with only 16 guests per session.
