wathaurong booln booln cultural centre, geelong

The Wathaurong Booln Booln Cultural Centre (formerly Narana) is a great place to visit when you are in Geelong. Stop by for lunch with native ingredients at the cafe, have a play on the playground, browse the shop with indigenous products AND go for a wander in the back garden.

In the bushland out back you will see the resident emu’s and wallabies - and there are also feeding cups available for $3 from the gift shop.

Make sure the kiddos don’t approach the area too noisily! The little wallabies are quite shy and will hop away if the kids are too boisterous.

The centre is free to enter so a great excuse to come and say hello!
