hobsons bay hotel, williamstown

The building here can be dated back to the early 1900’s and the Hobsons Bay Hotel has recently (2020) been transformed back to its glory days as owners Brenton Lang (Rustica Sourdough) with a public bar, dining area and the best rooftop in the west!

History aside - right now, all Mamma can say is, WOW! This is a beautiful space with the most stunning views from the rooftop, divine food and a great vibe.

Choose to dine fancy in their dining room (ground level) or take it more casual with their public bar menu on the rooftop (level 2) or in the main bar or on the balcony (level 1).

The menu boasts some classics with a touch of class in the dining room and snacks and smaller menu for the main bar, balcony and rooftop areas.
