jebb's pool, cumberland river

Mamma loves a hidden adventure! Jebb’s Pool is a stunning oasis behind the Cumberland River Caravan Park. It’s a part of the Erskine River and over time the river has created these lovely pools and smooth rocks - including a mini waterfall or as some say - a nature waterslide!

Mamma came here in the colder months so no one dipped their toes in, but over the summer there are apparently plenty of visitors who come here for a swim and a float *. The walk from the caravan park is short, and doable for ages 5 plus. Note there is a river crossing too, which is all very exciting for the littlies- and older ones, but can get a little wobbly and slippery!

Mamma’s special mentions: For the hiking enthusiasts there is a whole 20km Cumberland River Trail which takes you past Jebbs Pool and further to Cumberland Falls and Kalimna Falls.
