triplet falls and little aire falls, wyelangta

The Otways National Park is just stunning, and these two bush treks are located in the midst of some stunning rain forest scenery. The trails here are also located on the site of a former timber mill and there are lots of old machinery along the trail to spot as well.

Triplet falls (more kid friendly) is about 2km and 1 hour return trip. Although it is a short ‘walk’ the stairs leading to the trails feel a little never ending for kids and certainly challenging for grown-ups, but you are treated to some great viewing platforms with spectacular views arguable some of the best falls in the region.

We have also taken the trek to Little Aire Falls which is much longer, steeper and a more challenging walk/hike - more suited to grown-ups. Worth the effort though and the tracks are well maintained given how isolated you are. Little Aire Falls (grown-ups or older kids) is 2.5km and 2.5 hours return

Both start from the same spot. Just follow the signs.
