This is something little kids can look forward to each year - a spellbinding cinema experience for the whole family is returning this year to the Melbourne Planetarium at Scienceworks for April and May.

The showcase of world-class movies specifically created for the immersive ‘fulldome’ screen that are set to delight, enchant, and mesmerise the entire family.

Journey through the land of the dinosaurs and meet Elon the hamster scientist in the latest and greatest family-friendly movies on the dome.

With screenings on Saturdays from 4.30pm, Fulldome Flicks at the Melbourne Planetarium will capture the imagination of the whole family. Each screening will also include the popular What’s in the Sky Tonight presentation, a presenter-led tour through the night sky.

This is an experience that all kids, big and small, will not want to miss. Recommended for 7+
