Ready to Launch Show

These summer holidays, Scienceworks is blasting off into space! In this free 20-minute show, you’ll see rockets fired up and learn what it really takes to launch beyond Earth. Head to the amphitheatre and discover the forces that make space travel possible
The Glow Show

Take a seat in the Lightning Theatre and get ready to be mesmerised by this visually stunning 30-minute live science show.
The Planetarium
Open daily
Session times vary depending on the show
Featuring a 16-metre domed ceiling, comfy reclining seats, a 7.1 surround sound system and full-dome projection, the Planetarium is a treat for both your kiddos and Mamma! Each session runs for around 45 minutes, is informative and interactive, and includes a live presentation of the current night sky.
