Kare-Kare – beef shank stew in rich peanut sauce with veggies, served with shrimp paste

Highlights include the Kare-Kare – a super thick, creamy rich peanut-based beef shank stew served with veggies and shrimp paste. The Sisig Kapampangan is another standout – rich sizzling roasted pork with chicken liver, onion and chilli, packed with flavour.

We also love the MPK Special Fried Rice, loaded with prawns, egg, chorizo and veg – a meal in itself or the perfect side dish.

Our other go to is the Canton Guisado – soy soaked Filipino egg noodles with veggies and chicken plus their crispy spring rolls and that especially good green chilli vinegar sauce. What is that!? So good.

It’s all about big rich flavours and even bigger servings here at Mrs Parks Kitchen. Perfect for sharing. Mamma says dining here feels like you’ve been invited over for a home-cooked Filipino feast.
