Folks, get excited for this one! Odette House has just landed in the Union Quarter precinct in Spotswood, and we got an early look inside.

Spanning three levels, each level is beautifully designed with 3 unique experiences bringing breakfast, brunch, Asian fusion dining and (soon!) rooftop drinks to the west.

Downstairs: Odette House Cafe
Kick off the day on the ground floor at the Odette House Cafe, open 7 days for brekkie, brunch and lunch.

They’re doing things a little differently here - poached eggs with pulled beef, a teriyaki beef bowl and heaps of lunch options like wraps, toasties, fresh salads, pasta and more!

And yes, we tried the coffee. Mamma was very happy. It’s excellent.

Level Two: Uday Restaurant

Head upstairs to Uday Restaurant for a classy Asian fusion dining experience. This level is all beautiful velvet booths, soft lighting and gold details - it feels cosy and a little bit special (we did spot highchairs though!)

The menu sounds delicious - sun-dried beef skewers, grilled chicken satay, signature curries, dumplings, and seafood dishes…We are already looking forward to trying all of these!

Mamma says, it’s perfect for dinner dates, grown-up catch-ups, or when you want to step things up.

Level Three: Rooftop Vibes Incoming

The third level is home to the Uday Rooftop Bar - not quite open yet, but it’s almost there! It’s outdoors and once it’s ready, you’ll be able to kick back with a drink while taking in incredible views across the CBD, Spotswood and the Westgate Bridge.

Sunny days - that’s where we will be headed!

Odette House is bringing something fresh and fun to the West and Spotty.

We were lucky enough to get a sneak peek, and we will be back to work our way through the full menu….and maybe linger a little too long on that rooftop!
