Mamma LOVES visiting a winery. There is always such a high standard of food and wine in such a picturesque setting. We are so lucky to have so many amazing wineries around us that we feel we MUST visit them all!
Mount Macedon Winery is a stunning place and often used for weddings - and Mamma can see why. The long winding driveway leads to a lovely restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating options, and the cellar door of course.
The food is IMPECCABLE and we all loved every morsel! The wine tasting paddle is a great idea to choose which wine to have with your lunch or to choose which bottle to take home. Take a wander around the grounds afterwards and say hi to the cows and sheep - you may even spot a Llama!
