The State Rose Garden in Werribee South is magical with a touch of whimsy where you can’t help feeling that you’ve fallen down Alice’s rabbit hole into an intoxicating flower paradise. The garden itself is meticulously set out in the shape of a rose with shady spots around the edge and a gazebo too.
