Mamma LOVES a good family picnic spot and this is up there with the best in Melbourne. Obviously this place looks different at each season but it is always lovely! The Rose Garden is magical with a touch of whimsy where you can’t help feeling that you’ve fallen down Alice’s rabbit hole into an intoxicating flower paradise.
Imagine a sea of roses of every type and in every colour, stretching out as far as the eye can see.
The garden itself is meticulously set out in the shape of a rose with shady spots around the edge and a gazebo to escape a spring shower or summery heat.
