Live Wire Park in Lorne us one of the BEST outdoor adventure experiences and a must do on your holiday down the Great Ocean Road. Take the family up into the forest and challenge their skills and bravery on the high wire course.

Lorne Beach Playground
Lorne Beach Playground is a perfect spot for an epic playground, right between the beach and the shops. Hop on here for a play after a great meal at one of the MANY places to eat on the main street of Lorne, and before you hit the beach!
Jebbs Pool - Cumberland River
Jebb’s Pool is a stunning oasis behind the Cumberland River Caravan Park. It’s a part of the Erskine River and over time the river has created these lovely pools and smooth rocks - including a mini waterfall or as some say - a nature waterslide!
Wye River General Store
The Wye River General Store not only has great food, outdoor seating, a playground right next door, BUT it has an amazing beach over the road and a river full of ducks and their ducklings a few metres away!
Wye River Big 4 Holiday Park
There's something really special about the Wye River Big 4 Holiday Park. The freedom of running around with no shoes on, the smell of BBQ in the air and sun kissed skin. We'd always meet new best friends every time and play from first light of dawn till sundown.
Sheoak Falls - Lorne
Sheoak Falls are definitely one of Mamma’s favourites. Just past Lorne on the way down the iconic Great Ocean Road you will see a small unassuming sign indicating that the Sheoak Falls lay just off the bend in the road.

You are 234 steps away from the gorgeous Erskine Falls! Mamma counted. Little legs and old weary ones like Mamma’s might find it tricky but be sure to have some little breaks and a big rest at the bottom of the stairs

Ahoy chocolate lovers - the Great Ocean Road Chocolaterie is chocolate HEAVEN! This is the sister store to the popular East side Yarra Valley Chocolaterie. It has a very similar look and feel - which is fun, relaxed, and family friendly.
