If you're a lover of all things handmade then look no further than the collaboration between Younghusband and The Rose Street Artists’ Market - located right in the heart of Kensington. Find everything from homewares, homemade kids items, candles, intricate jewellery, unique paintings, and so much more. Your entire family will walk away from this market with something special to take home!

The markets at Younghusband are just so cool and chic - and the monthly Market Brunch collaboration with Melbourne Farmers Market is no exception! Stalls can include an oyster bar, pies and bakes, as well as non-traditional pieces like delicious omelettes, miso soup, strawberry matcha! This market has it all, and its located right in the heart of Kensington at the stunning Younghusband complex.

Mamma thinks the best way to kick off the weekend is to venture down to the Slow Food Edgewater Farmers Market, held on the first Saturday of the month. Located in the gorgeous Maribyrnong Family Park, this Slow Food market is a real treat. Grab a coffee, some fresh fruit, veggies, flowers and more - Mamma guarantees you'll walk out with a basket full of goodies to take home with you to enjoy.

Right in the heart of Geelong, the Waterfront Makers & Growers' Market is the place to be on the first Sunday of every month. Set on the lawns of Steampacket Gardens, it’s perfect for a relaxed stroll with a coffee in hand. It has plenty of space for kids to play, family-friendly activities, and stalls offering local produce, delicious treats, and stunning handmade crafts from locals.
Fourth Saturday of every month
Smell the tomatoes, try the pickles, speak to the stallholders about what they are selling, and get motivated to create something delicious from your purchases! Mamma loves to get in early to score the best fresh bread and pastries, and then grab a coffee, and take a seat, listen to the live music, watch the kids play, and SLOW down!
Third Sunday of every month
Add this one to your monthly market list folks - the Wyndham Makers and Farmers Market has it all! Arts, crafts, food, local entertainment for families and live music too! The kids activities are fantastic - face painting, balloons, a petting zoo and more depending on availability. There’s food stalls and trucks too (and of course coffee!) if you’re hungry while you are there too.

Folks - want to know one of Mamma’s little secrets? We think Cherry Lake Lions Club Market in Altona is the perfect way to spend a Sunday morning - coffee, good food, activities, chilled vibes, and an amazing view of the stunning Cherry Lake! What more could you ask for?! Pop down and stroll around the stalls for some treasure - but be sure to rug up in the winter months!

Craft lovers beware - Wyndham Harbour’s Craft Market is so good, you’ll be running back the next time they hold it! This is the cutest little market to start your Sunday. Mamma loves to stroll aimlessly with her little one in tow, browsing all of the amazing pieces the talented stallholders design. There is so much on offer - food, baked sweets, arts and crafts - the list goes on!

The West Footscray Slow Food Market is on the second Saturday of every month. You’ll find beautiful fresh market produce, delicious pastries and pies, wonderful coffee and a wide range of food products like hot sauce and kombucha as well as pantry essentials like oats, sugar and flour. Their ethos of simple, local, in season and sustainable produce will ignite your imagination in the kitchen.

This beloved market is at a new location at Ascot Vale Primary! The Flemington Farmers’ Market is on every Sunday. You are guaranteed to pick up some seriously fresh goods for the week ahead and maybe even a few new foodie finds to add to the menu too. This market is a pooch friendly affair but your furry family member must be kept on a leash at all times.

If you like your farmers markets with fresh country air and 'pretty as a picture' surroundings then head on out to Eynesbury. Running once month on a Sunday, you’ll find plenty of stalls to stock up on bits and bobs for the family for the week - veggies, fruit, meat, cheeses, breads and more. There's often kids entertainment available too - the market is perfect for everyone in the family!
Tuesday - Saturday
If you're in the mood for lots of colour, a vibrant atmosphere and great produce at a good price - whether you’re after veggies or seafood, dried noodles or undies - it’s all here! Grab the family and head to Footscray Market if you haven’t been and come back if you haven’t been in a while. Plus there’s parking from as little as $1, and bus, tram and train stops are just outside.

The Yarraville Market is now at Cruikshank Park - one of our favourite places in Melbourne's West! Yes it keeps moving and in turn, keeps us on our toes! Browse through the stalls with some of best value fresh fruit and vegetables, artisan bread, honey, bulk pantry items, cheese, cured meats, pies, free range eggs and more - all in the fab surrounds of Yarraville!
Third Sunday of every month
Set up amongst the gum trees, the stalls at The Bohemian Bulla Market is predominantly focused on bohemian wares, so expect lots of dream catchers, crystals, macrame plant hangers, tea, jewellery and leather khussa shoes. There are tarot readers and healers inside and also plenty of stalls selling handmade trinkets, children’s toys, clothing, and more - things you won't find anywhere else!

Mamma LOVES a good farmers market, they make for a wonderful weekend adventure with a little bit of fun for everyone! This popular market in Altona Meadows is in a fantastic spot right next to the AB Shaw Reserve playground - double the fun for you and the kids! It's bustling with a great variety of stalls, and great vibes!

The Laverton Market is on every Saturday and Sunday. The Laverton Market has stood the test of time. After over 50 years of trade (since 1974) they still get the crowds. Every Saturday and Sunday (except Christmas Day). Mamma says this the biggest market of its kind in Victoria and a westie 'must visit'. You will find cheap veggies, plants, plenty of tracksuit pants and hot jam donuts - yum!
Second Sunday of every month
The Williamstown Farmers Market has been a long-standing favourite in Mamma's family. We always come away loaded up with fresh fruit and veggies, pasta, flowers, cakes, meats and more. The stalls can vary from month to month. Be sure to bring a picnic rug to kick back on and enjoy a fresh scone, hot pie or bacon and egg roll with your morning coffee. The entire market is dog-friendly too!
Third Sunday of every month
Mamma loves a good stroll around a farmers market and North Essendon Farmers Market is a real favourite. This place has such a great vibe and a loyal following, rain, hail or shine! Usually live music plays in the background and it’s also dog friendly so your pooch can come along too! You’ll find great coffee, gourmet pies,: freshly squeezed juice, waffles, sauces and relishes, and more!
Wednesday - Saturday
Market shopping here is like a step back in time to a place where the families weekly shop is not a chore, but a fun little outing. Filled with charm and character, The St Albans market opened in the 70's and not much has changed since then. There are about 30 stalls in total with flowers, fruit and veg, fish shops, butcher, deli, dry goods and more! All the food is fresh and oh so tasty!
